Looking for info on the Wisemans (African American) in Davie County. Joseph Franklin Wiseman (b. abt 1883) married to Willie Virginia Allen (b. abt 1894). Joseph's parents were Sandy (b. abt 1834) and Sarah Hargrove (b . abt 1838)
