In all my searching I have been told William Hugh Harris was born in North Carolina in 1851 but cannot verify this.
His wife Deborah Edwards was also said to be born in North Carolina in 1852.
Any help in finding these people in Mitchell County records would be very appreciated.
If someone can tell me a reference point I need to look in would be great.
