Our son-in-law is descended from James Masterson BREWINGTON who was born 1790 in Edgecombe County, supposedly the son of Benjamin Brewington and Jane Lytle. I am trying to determine if this line is
of the Croatan Indians or possibly the Coharies of North Carolina.
