Giles Bowers and his brother, William, were born in NC and went to SC before 1827, where Giles married Mary "Rebecca" Giles, b 1810 Charleston, SC, daughter of Othniel and Rebecca Perry Giles. Giles Bowers then went to Georgia around 1830 and disappeared around 1840. Giles may have been a middle name. Would like to locate his birthplace and parents. Thanks. Rodney Bowers
