I am seeking information on the family of John and Smithy Maddill or Waddill in Wake, Harnett, Johnston Counties, North Carolina. I found that someone has written that John is John Lewis Johnson, born abt. 1827 and Smithy's name was Smitha or perhaps Lillian, born abt. 1826, possibly in North Carolina. I am wanting to see documentation for this information. Children were Jasper, Burline, James Henry, Albert, Eviline and Adolphus, all born in NC.
