Blank Forms to aid in Genealogical Research

by Avery J. Parker

Below you will find blank forms in Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0 format. They are free for you to download to help in your genealogical research. A few notes: these files are provided as is, with no technical support. I've found that opening one up in Wordpad, it doesn't look right, (the columns aren't lined up) but it does print out all right. So, try printing a copy out before you start trying to line the columns up on the screen. On some of these I've had to use abbreviations at the top of the forms. When I've done that, I've included a legend at the bottom of the page. I hope they will be of some use to you.

1850-60c.doc (blank form for the 1850 or 1860 U.S. Census (19 KB))

1870cens.doc (blank form for the 1870 U.S. Census (18.5 KB))

Here are some other links which may help you get started with some genealogy worksheets.
