Blank Forms for Genealogy Research

On the old site I had 2 blank forms for you to download and print. For now those have been moved over to the new site. The only improvement is that I’ve transformed them into PDF files. The main advantage is the formatting should now be the same on ANY machine. The old forms may have been useless for many as they were Word Document format and the spacing varies by machine and printer. These new pdf’s should work for anyone. You will need to download and install a pdf viewer such as Acrobat Reader. This is a free download.

Update: I’ve also added a TIF version of the files to assist those that may have had trouble with the original pdf’s. I should clarify that these files are provided free for your own use without any warranty as to their use, nor support. (*in other words, “as is”.) I’ve found them useful as have others.
